How does the trial work?

The free 14 day trial includes the full feature set of a paid account excluding domains and email. Upgrade to a paid account at any time during the trial when you want to add your own domain.

Are there any set up fees?

No, there are no set up fees.

Are there any contracts or minimum periods?

Our DIY plans run month to month and you can cancel at any time. You will be billed for the remainder of the current month but that's all.

Our managed plans, however, require a minimum 12 month commitment.

How does domain pricing work?

The cost of registering a new co.za domain is R100 per year and the transfer of existing .co.za domains is free. The cost of registering a new .com, .co or .net or transfer any of these is R250.

What are the payment options?

Payment is either via monthly debit order (South African bank accounts only) or credit card. EFT payments are available for annual subscriptions and carry a 5% discount.

What are the hidden costs?

None. Remember, we're trying to make sure your business gets online. So, you only pay the monthly fee plus an annual domain registration / renewal fee if required, and we'll tell you about this upfront. These are the ONLY costs.

What happens to my domain and website if I cancel?

You are free to move your domain to another provider when you move. As Plusfive is a hosted application that only resides on our servers, the website cannot be moved together with your domain. You can, however, save all of your text and images that you've added to your website before you leave.
